ENGECO SAM (Monaco)
ENGECO is a Monegasque construction company founded in 1984 by Stefano Casiraghi. Since 2004 the Pizzarotti group has been a shareholder of Engeco alongside the Casiraghi family. Among the numerous works carried out in the Principality of Monaco, we list: - Zone J at Fontvieille (Carrefour shopping mall) – Il road tunnel between Monaco and La Moyenne Corniche – The burying of the railway between Monaco and Cap d'Ail – The new railway station of Monaco – The new dam of the Port of Monaco - The AUREGLIA-GRIMALDI residential project with 183 turnkey apartments, for the Government of Monaco – the NOVOTEL Hotel with 219 rooms and 22 apartments on 12 storeys above ground and a 4-storey underground car park - - Among the main construction sites involved, we list: - the RAINIER III residential project with 240 turnkey apartments for the Government of Monaco – the New Yacht Club of Monaco based on the design on the architect, Norman Foster - Torre Teotista based on the design of the architect, Jean Michel Wilmotte.
