1910
- Birth of IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI & C. S.p.A.: as an individual concern, Gino Pizzarotti took off with his business
with the building of the Cisa Church.
1945
- Pietro Pizzarotti converts the start-up family business into a limited liability
company.
1961 - The firm becomes a stock
company. Share Capital is increased from Lit. 500.000 to Lit. 45.000.000

1950/1960
- IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI scored an array of brilliant successes in the construction
field where it ended up amongst the country's most important
and prestigious players - to name but a few, some state sponsored
projects for ANAS (Roads Maintenance Company), the Cassa per
il Mezzogiorno (South Italy Development Board), the Air Force
and Civil Aviation,; others for privately run companies namely,
ANIC (The National Association of Construction Firms), Società
Autostrade (Italy's Motorway Operator), Società Montecatini.
1966 - Aged just nineteen, following the emancipation order from the courts, Paolo Pizzarotti took over the company founded by his father, who had died before his time that same year. Over the years, Paolo Pizzarotti has built up the group activities with a solid and authoritative hand, in the field of both large public and private works and heavy prefab constructions. |
