The turn-key project consists of
the erection of several markets for receiving, processing and/or distribution
of goods therein, in addition to external landscaping and cultivation.
In particular, the area will house the fruit-vegetable and flower
market, mass distribution, meat, fish, milk/dairy products, a cash-and-carry
supermarket, hospitality and reception as well as a maintenance workshop.
Such facilities will assure the Client the opportunity to concentrate,
at one stop and a strategic venue for communications, all that is
"distributed" over the city and thereby streamline the marketing of
products.
