| The
edifice has a cylindrical body for housing the offices; a 150-metre,
5-floor tower besides a technical sixth storey dedicated to hospitalization,
first-aid, operating theatres, dispensaries, coronary units, endoscopy,
maternity RX, intensive care, other services (library, meeting rooms,
shops, bars, restaurants, newspapers, reading lounges, etc.). Basic
equipment is housed in a dedicated structure (Technological Centre).
The hospital will also feature fibre data-transmission lines with
terminals connected to USL Modena operations centre as to monitor
the electrical, mechanical and special equipment.
