SOA CERTIFICATION The eligibility certificate issued by SOA to Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. for the execution of public works is another feather in the cap for the Company's reliability standards. The recognition, made compulsory commencing March 1, 2001 for bidding in tenders with a minimum worth above € 5.164.570, is an assurance on the existence of parameters envisaged in the Bargone Decree (D.P.R. 34/2000), reviewed every three years. Such parameters relate to the financial soundness of the Company, its technical resources and organizational structure, the availability of technical equipment and the personnel employed, on an average, over the year.
